Friendly Reminders and Volunteer Information:
ALWAYS SIGN IN (FRONT OFFICE) – Please be sure to sign in for any volunteer activities. For now, you will need to sign in as a visitor in the front office, as well as use the log sheets. This will ensure you get credit for your hours.
Please note, you will need your driver’s license to sign-in.
FRIDAY/EARLY RELEASE – Every Friday is early release day. Classes are dismissed at 2:15 PM.
EVERY FRIDAY – A dessert food truck will be at Penguin Walk at dismissal. A portion of the proceeds are donated back to our school.
VOLUNTEER HOURS AND OPPORTUNITIES:
Each family at RLS should complete 20 hours of volunteer activity per year.
SIGN UP GENIUS – Sign Up Genius is what we use to coordinate parent volunteers for the school and where you can sign up for different volunteer opportunities.
Classroom volunteer opportunities typically come directly from your class liaison to you. Please sign up for a volunteer opportunity by signing up on the sign up genius, contacting your liaison and/or the person indicated as the contact for that event.
