We have lots of exciting events and opportunities coming up! Please take a moment to review the dates below and see where your family can participate or lend a helping hand. We appreciate all of the support our Stevenson families provide!
ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Please bookmark this link to the Digital Volunteer Hours Log! Fill out this form each time you volunteer to record your volunteer hours. If you have multiple students use your oldest Stevenson student’s information and the same email to help calculate each family’s hours.
- Out of Uniform Day: Each month there will be an Out of Uniform Day. The students can dress up according to the theme or wear any BPS dress code attire. The cost is $50 for the year or $7 per event. Purchase online here: https://rlstevenson-volunteer-fundraising-group-2.square.site/#uNZjUz.
- Become an Approved Volunteer: If you have not yet done so and plan to volunteer in person at the school, please be sure to become a registered volunteer. Volunteer registration is also required if you wish to be considered as a chaperone on any field trip. Please use the link below to review more details and submit an application if this is something you are considering! Please know that the application must be fully approved before being able to volunteer on campus, so don’t delay! This is done at the BPS building in Viera, it is normally $35- but as of right now, it is FREE! We do not know how much longer the costs will be waived. Volunteers are needed to help with our family-friendly Halloween event. We would like the volunteers to arrive at 4:30 to help set up the event.

Autumn Lights Presents: Willy Wonka — November 5–6
-
Volunteers are needed to help set up chairs, sign families into the shows, re-stack chairs after performances, and assist in classrooms before Thursday evening’s performance.

We are especially looking for volunteers from families in other grades so that our 5th- and 6th-grade families can enjoy the performance.

Veterans Day Celebration — Friday, November 13

Odyssey of the Mind Regional Tournament — February 20, 2027
-
The regional tournament will be held at Viera Middle School.
-
Each team must provide one judge and one volunteer.
-
Judge commitment: Training is Saturday, January 30, 2027, from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. The Regional Tournament is Saturday, February 20, 2027, from 7:00 AM until competition concludes, typically around 5:00 PM.

Volunteer commitment: Saturday, February 20, 2027, with one assigned 2-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
